We use delivery methods which are insured, fast and trackable. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your delivery.
UK (mainland): FREE DELIVERY on all items. We will use either Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail Recorded Signed For. Once dispatched, delivery aim is next day.
Overseas customers: pay the respective charge as quoted; this is a small flat charge irrespective of quantity and weight. We use Airsure or International Signed For. Once dispatched, delivery aim is 10 business days.
We will email you to confirm that your order has been despatched. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days, though please allow up to 10 business days. Every effort is made to ensure that products are already made, in stock and can be quickly dispatched. If the product is not in stock, then we will inform you of the approximate delivery date or you have the option to choose a full refund or alternative product.
International customs policies vary. Customers from overseas pay the full amount quoted, but in addition you will be responsible for any import duties or taxes that may be charged by your country, and to deal with any customs enquiries. We have no control over possible delays as a result.
We reserve the right to restrict or refuse any order at any time, for example if there is an error in pricing or unavailability.
We are committed to privacy. We only use your contact details in order to fulfil your order, and may occasionally inform you of new product launches. We will never share information with 3rd parties. If you prefer not to receive any further information from us then you may contact us at any time.
As payments are processed through PayPal, unlike other websites we DO NOT collect Credit or Debit Card details. This information is collected by PayPal to process the order via their secure server, and is not accessible to peterjenner.com.

If your item has not been despatched, then you may cancel your order, and avoid paying postage.
If your item has been despatched, then we will be happy to provide an exchange or refund on your purchase if it is returned to us within 14 days from receipt. Goods must be in their original condition, unworn, unused and with their original packaging and all relevant receipts and documentation. Postage costs are not refunded. We recommend you pack well and use an appropriately insured and signed for method (such as Recorded or Special delivery in the UK/the methods we use) and obtain proof of posting, as we cannot accept any liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. Refunds are made within 14 days of our receiving your return.
We make every effort to represent items in their true colours, but each computer is set up differently and your monitor may perceive the colours differently. Gemstone colour may vary. Thus, slight variations in the actual goods may occur. In the event you are not happy, see Refunds.
